Outfit is too loose

The outfit is too loose to exchange. In the saaki web site I didn't even able to see exchange option. there is not help from customer care number or Mail id I got the outfit on one week back still now in the web site there is update about delivery and still it is showing confirm order. Now I am not understanding to exchange the outfit are return because in the saaki web site it is not me exchange or return option.
