Return & Exchange Policy
What is Saaki's Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?
Saaki's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Saaki for any reason within the specified return/exchange period.
Is my product eligible for a return?
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
How do I return my product?
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
To return a product, go to the 'Raise a Return' section on the website, and please follow the screen instructions.
Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
*All items must have the original tags and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
*All items should be free of make-up or tan marks
*Please ensure correct pieces for return are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case an incorrect piece is handed over.
Is my area serviceable for return?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don't worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can write to us at care@saaki.co and we will assist you further.
When will the return be picked up?
Once we receive your return request, we will initiate the reverse pick-up to our courier partner, who will pick up the product from your doorstep within 24- 48 hours. Our courier partner will make three attempts to pick up the product for return. Please note that the field executives for delivery and pick-ups are different.
Why is my return not accepted?
Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and also have the original tags/packaging in place. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
During Pick Up, our delivery agent will do a Quality Check on the return. If the QC is rejected at the time of pick up, your return will be canceled and a refund will not be processed.
For a successful pickup, a tracking id will be shared by our logistics partners. You'll be able to track the return status of your order through the link shared. The order will take 2-10 business days (from the pick-up date) to reach our warehouse and undergo a detailed quality check. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked-up product does not meet the standards, the refund will not be initiated.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for returns if your area is serviceable for return pickup by our courier partners. In case your area is not serviceable, please write to us at care@saaki.co and we will assist you further.
I just returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued only if the returned products reach us as per our return guidelines. refund has been initiated by Saaki as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account as per the following timelines:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
- Store credit will be provided for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
- An confirmation mail will be sent to you immediately post the return
How do I exchange my product?
You can create an exchange for products purchased from Saaki within the specified exchange period (check product details page for the same) under “My Orders”. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.
We adopt a 3-day policy as long as the product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Only the size of the same product can be exchanged.
