Return, Exchange & Refund Policies

  1. Return & Exchange Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return Eligibility:
    • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-mismatched product, you are eligible for a free return with no return fee. The refund will be processed only after the returned item successfully passes our quality checks.
    • Returns for Non-Damaged Products: - If you wish to return a product that is not damaged, a ₹100 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You can avoid this return fee by:
      • Opting for a refund as store credit
      • Exchanging it for another product of your choice
    • You can choose any of the following options to receive the refund:
      • Refund to your original payment source
      • Refund as store credit (with an additional 10% bonus credit of the product value)
    • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-mismatched product, you must upload a clear photo along with your return request for verification. If our quality check does not confirm the reported issue, the return will be processed as a regular return, and a ₹100 return fee will be applied.
    • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags. If any tags are missing, the refund will not be processed.
    • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not qualify for a refund.
    • International orders are not eligible for returns in any circumstances.
  3. Exchange Eligibility:
    • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-mismatched product, you are eligible for a free exchange of the product with the same or different product.
    • Exchange is allowed only once.
    • Exchanged products will not qualify for return or refund.
    • International orders are not eligible for exchanges in any circumstances.
  4. Return Pickup Attempts: A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. If the customer fails to hand over the product(s) during any of these attempts, the return request will be automatically cancelled and deemed ineligible.
  5. Reverse Pickup Availability: Reverse pickup for returns and exchanges is subject to service availability in your area.   6. Shipping Instructions
    • Customers must pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
    • Saaki is not responsible for damages caused due to poor packing, and such returns may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
    • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
  7. Refund Process
    • All refunds will be processed only after we receive the product and complete the quality checks. In case the returned product doesn’t qualify the quality checks, the refunds may not be processed.

    • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
    • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credits, which have no expiry and can be used for future purchases.
    • Refunds are not applicable for international orders, however, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or size-mismatched product, you will be eligible for refund in the form of store credit equivalent to the product's value.
    • Non-Refundable Charges: Reward points, store credits, and shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Exclusions: Orders placed under promotional offers such as Flat Store discounts, Buy 1 Get 1 Free, or similar deals involving free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Customers must provide accurate bank account details for refunds, if applicable. Saaki is not liable for any errors in the provided details that may result in failed or misdirected refunds.
    • Missing Package Claims: If your order status shows delivered, but you have not received the package, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Saaki will not be responsible for missing package claims made beyond this period.
