Day 3 - The Gritty Grey

Day 3 - The Gritty Grey

Navratri’s Day 3 is dedicated to Mata Chandraghanta, the third form of Goddess Durga also referred to as the married form of Devi Parvati. She is believed to carry the half-moon on her forehead, and her favourite colour is grey.

This colour symbolises zeal and determination to destroy evil.

Celestial art paintings on the face and body in modern times represent prominent Boho vibes. These resonate with the significance and our looks for day 3.

An Indian festive carnival is incomplete without donning a classic, elegant saree on at least one event. For day 3, we have for you an eternal gilded Grey Banarasi Saree that is sure to stand out!

Drape this over a contrasting blouse or a crop top and finish it off with a messy bun, a pair of large stud earrings and some hand accessories! Don’t forget the classic bold red lip to add some drama to the outfit.

Our second look recommendation for day 3 is this chic & charming copperish grey shirt dress!

If you’re in the mood for style-meets-convenience  this season, this is precisely what you need. Our grey midi shirt dress with functional utility pockets, metallic buttons & leather tabs is the epitome of contemporary festive fashion.

Make it Boho by adding stacked or chunky oxidised necklaces, mid-finger rings and closed-toe heels to accessorise this head-turner of an outfit!
